The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in H and S and HSE processes, putting all new structure in place for this small company who are growing and continute to be successful. The role will be based in the Milton Keynes office with some home working/hybrid working. Key Responsibilities:Provide professional Health and Safety support across the companyCarry out site inspections, audits, and risk assessmentsEnsure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental legislationPromote a strong HSE culture across site teams and subcontractorsAssist in the development of new processes across the businessInvestigate incidents and provide recommendations for improvementReport regularly to HSEQ management on performance, findings, and improvements Requirements:Minimum of 5 years'' experience in a Health and Safety roleNEBOSH General or Construction Certificate ..... full job details .....
