Job Title: Cyber Security Data and Reporting AnalystDepartment: Security and Privacy OperationsFLSA Status: ExemptPosition Overview:

The Cyber Security Data and Reporting Analyst will support the security culture and training programs by analyzing data from security and privacy teams to identify, track, mitigate risks, and monitor the effectiveness of educational interventions. The role involves combining data analysis techniques with behavioral analysis to create informative, actionable reports, fostering a culture of empowerment, collaboration, and positive learning.Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and visualizations to evaluate training and culture program performance.Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and visualization tools such as Power BI.Extract, manipulate, and analyze data sets for insights and strategic decisions.Create reports from multiple data sources.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.Support team leads with data analysis and reporting for ongoing projects.Visualize data in an understandable way for non-technical stakeholders.Education and Experience:

Minimum Requirements:

Degree or experience in data analysis.Experience with Power BI.Basic SQL querying, modification, and data extraction skills.Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.Data management skills, including cleaning and preparing raw data.Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.Ability to prioritize tasks and develop innovative solutions.Trustworthiness and confidentiality in handling information.Excellent organizational and attention to detail.Problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and in a team.Preferred Skills and Competencies:

Experience with best practices implementation.Experience with behavioral analysis.Ability to summarize data clearly for senior leadership.Experience collaborating across teams with varying technical expertise.Confidence in challenging assumptions and solving problems creatively.Exposure to analytics, machine learning, and AI.Proficiency in presenting and discussing data analytics.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Physical Requirements:
