Alongside managing staff across the property directorate, you''ll be leading on capital programme delivery, strategic asset management, and procurement. The priorities are to ensure alignment of asset strategies with organisational priorities, optimise asset utilisation, and drive value for money through effective governance.The Council work on a hybrid basis, with you in the office 3 days per week ideally. It''s recommended you''re in the office for team and board meetings.
