COMMUNITY ADULT CONSULTANT PSYCHIATRIST MHWT – WEST (BARKING)

You will be expected to:Work as part of multidisciplinary teams providing care to adult people with mental health needs across West Barking and Dagenham.Provide senior medical support and guidance to the team.Work directly with adults and their families, liaising with other external adult mental health providers and acute hospitals as appropriate.Participate in the on-call rota, currently at a frequency of 1:50, with a 3% basic salary on-call supplement (Category A).Support peers and the team leader, and be an effective team member while working with your own initiative.Collaborate with another Adult Consultant Psychiatrist and trainees within the service.Commit to collaborative working, actively supporting and liaising with other health and social professionals and agencies.
