As a production operative, you will be a key part of the team that produces and distributes cardboard boxes for a company that is based in Warminster.

The role would be working a weekly Monday to Friday rotating shift pattern:

Week 1 - Early Shift: 05:45 - 14:00
Week 2 - Late Shift: 13:45 - 22:00

Key Responsibilities of the production operative:

• Support Machine operators in the machine production process.
• Perform routine maintenance jobs within the machines as per requested by the operators, cleaning of parts and routine checks.
• Follow safety protocols and comply with all company H&S procedures.
  Feeding the print machines and learning how they work.
• Inspect products for defects and support operators in monitoring production processes.
  Be able to prioritise workload and work as part of a team.
  Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

If you are a team player who enjoys a busy working environment where no two days are the same, then this is the ideal role for you. Experience is not essential, however a positive attitude and a willingness to learn coupled with enthusiasm is an ideal skill set. If you have worked in assembly, production on maintenance we would be keen to hear from you.
