Daily Rate: £88.94 – £104.84

GSL Education is looking for a dedicated and caring Teaching Assistant to join supportive and vibrant primary schools in the Grimsby area starting this September.

Your role as a Teaching Assistant will include:

• Supporting classroom activities and assisting in the delivery of lessons
• Offering individual and small-group support to pupils, including those with additional needs
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Encouraging children''s confidence, independence, and enthusiasm for learning
• Assisting with classroom management and day-to-day routines

Requirements as a Teaching Assistant:

• Experience working with children – within a primary school is desirable
• A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential
• A good understanding of primary education and the National Curriculum
• A kind, reliable, and patient nature
• A current enhanced DBS registered with the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
