Supply Desk is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join supportive and inclusive schools in Rickmansworth. This full-time, temporary-to-permanent role will start ASAP or in October 2025.

In this role, youandrsquo;ll be providing essential one-to-one and small group support to children with a range of needs, including autism, SEMH (social, emotional, and mental health), and other learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering in-class and intervention support to students with SEND
• Assisting with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
• Helping foster independence, self-esteem, and social skills in pupils
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to tailor teaching approaches
• Contributing to an inclusive, positive, and nurturing classroom environment

What We''re Looking For:

• Experience working with children with SEND is preferred but not essential
• A compassionate, patient, and supportive approach
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
• A firm commitment to safeguarding and pupil well-being
