Interim Trainer
Interim Trainer opportunity available working for a leading organisation for circa two months initially with strong possibility of being extended. This role can be based remotely from home. Key Responsibilities• Training Design and Delivery: Create, update, and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and materials virtually. • Program Management: Coordinate, schedule, and maintain records of training sessions using LMS or other tracking systems.• Content Adaptation: Tailor training materials to different learning styles and audiences.Required Qualifications and Skills• Experience: previous roles in training or Coaching• Skills: Exceptional verbal/written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.• Technology: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and e-learning software.• Certifications: Professional certification would be beneficial but not necessary.Core Competencies• Strong understanding of adult learning principles (andragogy).• Ability to work independently and manage multiple, changing priorities.• Creative approach to developing engaging, interactive learning content.• High level of patience and adaptability.This role is to start as soon as possible so apply online today if ..... full job details .....
