Job Opportunity: Service Request Analyst - Leeds Location: Morley, Leeds (4 days on-site, 1 day remote) Start Date: Immediate Duration: Until at least February 2026 (Long-term rolling contract - in place for 4+ years) Rate: £200 per day (INSIDE IR35) A leading UK organisation is seeking a Service Request Analyst to join its friendly, fast-paced IT team. This is a customer service and coordination-focused role, ideal for someone highly organised with strong interpersonal skills. About the Role: As a Service Request Analyst, you''ll be the first point of contact for internal colleagues and IT end users. Supporting via ServiceNow, email, and face-to-face, you''ll help manage and resolve service requests in a dynamic, high-volume environment. Responsibilities: Act as the primary contact for IT service requests and general queries Carry out initial assessment, approval, and resolution of requests/incidents Own requests from initiation through to resolution or escalation Deliver excellent customer service and meet SLAs Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (Asset Manager, Service Desk, Project Managers, Procurement, etc.) Assist in achieving departmental KPIs Build and configure end-user devices (eg laptops and mobile phones) Ideal Candidate: Strong coordination, administration, and customer service skills A proactive and team-oriented mindset Excellent verbal and written communication ITSM experience (ServiceNow preferred) is a bonus, but ..... full job details .....
