As a Complex Care Assistant, you ll support children and young adults with complex needs, helping them live safely, confidently, and enjoy everyday life. You ll work both in clients homes and in the community, providing personalised care and meaningful companionship. What You ll Be Doing Every day is unique, but your impact is consistent. Administer and manage PEG feeding and other clinical care as needed Provide postural support and safe positioning Support clients during community activities (trips, hobbies, social events) Assist with short breaks and holidays Deliver care following tailored care plans and clinical guidance Communicate with your team to ensure high-quality, consistent care Who We re Looking For You don t just deliver care you make a difference. We re looking for someone who is: Experienced in complex care or supporting children/young adults with additional needs Caring, dependable, and confident working independently Open to ongoing training and committed to person-centred care Holder of a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
