You need to be flexible, patient, caring, organized, and great with people. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. You should have completed or be working towards your QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and informed. You will also keep your Line Manager updated on residents’ needs and progress. Being a team player who follows guidelines and policies easily, with good written skills for care plans, is important.We will provide comprehensive training, including our leadership programme to support your development and opportunities for progression within Shaw.
