Senior Business Development Representative Leader of an Inside Sales team of 3 for a Technology business £40k basic, £60k OTE, good benefits package Crewe office, 3 days per week This is an opportunity to join a large Technology Consulting business, where you will take responsibility for a small team of Inside Sales professionals. For this vacancy we are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Business Development Represenative (SBDR) to play a critical role in driving the business''s lead generation strategy. This role combines traditional Business Development Representative (BDR) responsibilities with management and strategic oversight of outbound marketing and lead generation functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of generating high-quality leads, managing outbound marketing initiatives, and leading a team to achieve ambitious sales targets.
