• 07:00 - 15:00
• 15:00 - 23:00

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Driver to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Witham.

This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability, ongoing training, and the chance to secure a permanent position within a growing business.

Key Responsibilities of Forklift Driver

• Operating a counterbalance forklift on a daily basis
• Loading and unloading lorries safely and efficiently
• Carrying out moisture checks on products
• Operating filling machinery for 1-tonne bags
• Moving finished goods into the warehouse
• Supporting general production and housekeeping duties as required

What We''re Looking For

• A valid, in-date Counterbalance Forklift licence
• Previous experience within manufacturing, production, logistics, or warehouse environments
• Reliable transport or the ability to commute to Witham
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Someone looking for a long-term opportunity with permanent potential
