• Executing scheduled inspections on electrical distribution boards and circuit breakers.

• Responding to reactive calls for power failures and lighting faults.

• Conducting monthly and annual emergency lighting compliance tests.

• Performing weekly fire alarm testing and supporting system servicing.

• Maintaining electrical supply to AHUs, FCUs, and water pumps.

• Closing out remedial actions following EICR inspections.

• Completing Portable Appliance Testing for landlord and tenant areas.

• Updating digital and physical site logbooks for statutory audits.

• Operating under Permit to Work systems and adhering to RAMS.

• Monitoring UPS systems and standby generators for critical power backup.

• Using BMS interfaces to identify and troubleshoot electrical inefficiencies.

• Acting as an Authorized Person for LV switching operations where required.

• Supervising and escorting specialist sub-contractors on-site.

• Managing work orders through CAFM software such as Concept or FSI GO.

• Communicating with building tenants regarding planned shutdowns or repairs.

• Recommending energy-saving upgrades such as LED lighting retrofits.

• Assisting the wider fabric and mechanical teams with general maintenance tasks.
