The role will oversee a range of projects across the Kent region. The role will report directly to the HSEQ Director. Responsibilities of the Senior Health, Safety and Environmental Manager will include: Supporting the HSEQ Director with strategic reports, ESG and group strategy meetings, pre-construction and director tours, and board-level updates.Promoting a strong safety and environmental culture through behavioural change and ongoing employee engagement.Assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of ISO-certified management systems (ISO 14001, 9001 and 45001).Representing the business in client meetings and liaising with external regulatory bodies.
