C.Neo Ltd are working with a local SME commercial maintenance and construction contractor to recruit an experienced Site Project Manager to run a presitgious £1 million grade 1 listed window replacement Project within the MOD sector in Portsmouth, Hampshire. The ideal Site Project Manager will need to be availbale to start middle of August hwowever there is a an earlier July start to inititially manage a different project in Yeovil for the smae company. As a Site Project Manager will need to have proven experience in leading similar size projects and ideally have a wide variety of construction project experience as further different projects are expected to be procured. As a lead Site Project Manager you will need to be the main face of the company to the client and therefore this is a very client facing position.
