As the Fire Risk Assessor , you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Fire Risk Assessor to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. The Fire Risk Assessor, will be responsible for: Carry out comprehensive fire risk assessments (FRAs) across a wide range of sites. Produce high-quality FRA reports that are compliant with relevant legislation and tailored to client needs. Use a mobile app on a tablet or smartphone to conduct assessments efficiently on-site. Liaise regularly with office-based staff to coordinate assessment data and ensure timely report completion. Travel extensively, including overnight stays when required, to complete site inspections across different regions. Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner while on client premises. Manage time and workload effectively, ensuring assessments are completed within agreed timescales and standards.
