This is a dynamic role where you will move between various classes, ensuring children with additional needs have the consistency and encouragement they need to thrive during their morning core subjects. The Role Targeted Support: Work 1:1 or in small groups with children with various needs, including ASD, ADHD, and moderate learning difficulties. Specialist Provision: Utilise the school''s dedicated Sensory Room and breakout spaces to help pupils regulate and refocus. Classroom Collaboration: Move across different year groups to support class teachers during the busy morning periods.
