Both roles are long-term with the potential to become permanent for the right candidates.Roles Available1. 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant (Year 4)Supporting a Year 4 pupil with ASD and SEMH needs, including challenging behaviour.Provide consistent emotional, behavioural and learning supportUse de-escalation and regulation strategiesWork closely with the SENCO and class teacher to follow an individualised support planSupport communication, engagement and sensory regulation throughout the school day2.
