Leading on building surveys, defect analysis and refurbishment projects.Advising clients on design, maintenance, and repair strategies.Preparing specifications, tenders and managing works on site.Handling dilapidations, building pathology reports and compliance reviews.Working closely with clients, contractors and fellow consultants to deliver excellence from concept to completion. What you''ll need to apply: MRICS qualification with proven surveying experience.Solid knowledge of building regulations, construction methods and contract administration.Confident communicator with a knack for problem-solving.A proactive, detail-focused mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects.Experience in a multidisciplinary consultancy is a plus.
