Full-time, Permanent | Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (including evenings/weekends on rota)Become part of a close-knit team that takes pride in creating exceptional food experiences for students, staff, and guests.Due to internal promotion and expansion of the kitchen team Worcester College is seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our skilled and dedicated kitchen team. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, diverse cuisine for a wide range of occasions

from daily meals for our students and Fellows to prestigious banquets, conferences, and special events.In this key role, youll be responsible for the preparation and production of food to the highest standards across our kitchens. Youll have the opportunity to lead sections, mentor junior chefs, and occasionally take full charge as the duty chef, ensuring excellence in food quality, hygiene, and safety.Youll be joining a supportive and collaborative team in a stunning 26-acre setting in central Oxford, with modern facilities and a long-standing culture of culinary excellence.Staff are requested to work in a way which reduces their environmental impact and uses resources effectively.
