About the roleWorking with our clients, the Senior Project Manager / Producer will lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget. Projects range from simple adaptations to small–medium scale productions. This hybrid role covers client management, project management, and production; therefore, strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers are required. Reporting to the Client Lead, the Senior Project Manager / Producer will work with a team of 15 across London and Cologne.
What you will be doing
Collaborate effectively with clients to deliver seamless, successful projects and products.
Experience managing projects across Print, Digital, Social and POS.
Production experience on Still and Motion shoots of approximately £100K and under.
Work autonomously as well as part of a cohesive team.
Independently plan integrated projects from the initial stages through to final delivery.
Support the Client Lead in acting as the key contact for clients during projects.
Foster and enhance client relationships, contributing to the business pipeline.
Oversee projects from inception to completion, regularly updating stakeholders on milestones and deadlines.
Oversee the project budget and resource needs, notifying stakeholders of key implications, scope creep, cost implications, and impact on other projects in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and developers for project execution.
Evaluate project resources and ensure alignment with project requirements.
Booking in new work into OMG and using the resourcing/project tracking tool.
What you need to be great in this role
Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong working relationships.
Excellent communication skills tailored for the recipients.
A can-do attitude and agility, especially on short-turnaround requests from clients.
Ability to host clear, efficient project meetings for different stages (kick-off, discovery, etc.).
Overall responsibility for initiating the project plan, executing with stakeholders, monitoring progress, and closing the project.
Ability to integrate with client-side teams while delivering excellent agency services.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
Experience with consumer products.
