Key Responsibilities:Manage your own caseload of moderate to high-value Clinical Negligence claims for claimants.Support partners and senior solicitors with more complex and high-value matters.Investigate and apply medical evidence to build strong cases in the client''s best interest.Ensure compliance with procedural, funding, and regulatory guidelines.Maintain financial management of files, including WIP, disbursements, billing, and profitability, working to meet or exceed set targets.Uphold high standards of client care, confidentiality, and professional responsibility.Undertake other tasks as required by management.
