Our fantastic venue is offering an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional with a passion for people and strong leadership skills to join our vibrant team as an Assistant Manager .

In this role you will assist the management team in leading and managing the Food and Beverage, Cinema and Leisure Departments by handling all aspects of our busy venue, leading the Front of House team to deliver an exceptional experience to our guests.

What you need to succeed:A proven track of record in a managerial position in bars, restaurants or leisure venues is essential for this role,Strong financial acumen and aptitude to analyze P and L reports and implement cost control measures,Able to work in fast-paced environment whilst fostering positive and welcoming atmosphere within team and guests,Hands-on attitude, strong communication skills and impeccable customer service skills,Knows, how to handle big numbers without breaking a sweat,Passion for and knowledge of all things Food and Beverage,System literate,Strong multitasker with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Lives and breathes our values:L - Love what you doI - Inspired to actG - Go for itH - be HumbleT - Together we''re stronger
