About the role

Manpower are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our client''s Fencing team, installing timber and metal fencing on new build developments. They are looking for a strong communicator able to engage effectively with clients and colleagues alike. Reporting directly to the Contract Manager, you will monitor all aspects of projects undertaken, adhering to HandS policies and encouraging this within your small team.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role.

Experience managing a small team of operatives.

A full valid UK manual driving licence

CSCS card - essential.

Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Any construction plant certificates (desirable).

Knowledge of hard landscaping (desirable).
