Finance and HCM Programme Manager

to oversee the full lifecycle of the ERP solution - from scoping and requirements gathering, through design, configuration, deployment, and post-go-live support.

This role requires strong expertise across both functional and technical areas of Finance and HR, combined with exceptional stakeholder management. The successful candidate will work across multiple countries, leading the SI partner and driving effective change management.

Requirements:Lead the end-to-end delivery of the ERP programme strategyBuild and manage programme plans covering resources, budgets, risks, and issues to keep delivery on trackOversee third-party vendors, SI partners, and internal IT teams to ensure solution components are delivered on time, in scope, and to the expected qualityFacilitate requirements workshops across Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement, and IT to capture business needsShape the programme roadmap, lead on TOM designProvide direction and governance across ERP solution design for Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Procurement)Drive strategy and execution for data migration, master data management, and integrations, alongside HR modules (Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Learning)Support key decisions around system configuration, testing approach, and performance validationServe as the main link between senior business stakeholders, IT, and delivery partnersLead, mentor, and guide project managers, business analysts, and change teams to ensure successful outcomesCreate and execute a change management approach to drive adoption across Finance and HR user groupsChampion the cultural shift towards standardised ERP processes and ongoing improvement

Experience:French Fluency preferredSolid understanding of ERP platforms (Workday) across Finance and HR modulesProven background delivering large-scale ERP programmes within complex, regulated, or safety-critical environmentsKnowledge of system integration, data migration, master data management, and reporting/BI solutionsFinance and HCM expert across accounting, payroll, tax, pensions, and HR compliance requirementsProven track record of managing programmes valued at £10m+ with multiple vendors and workstreams
