Creative Support are looking for warm, reliable and proactive Support Workers to join our team in Keighley to provide quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs. The service has 6 individuals with low support requirements but they require support to develop daily life skills. Your role will include: Developing warm and trusting relationships with service users, encouraging them to express their needs, views and concernsWorking in partnership with service users through the recovery process, being flexible and responsive to the individual needs of the service usersHelping service users to develop recovery focused support goals, promoting hope and aspirationRespecting the service users'' right to privacy, ensuring that their dignity is maintained at all times Creative Support''s Development Pathway offers a structured induction and values-led training to help staff grow from entry-level to leadership roles.
