DescriptionThe Quality and Compliance Lead will play a vital role in ensuring the business operates to the highest standards of compliance, accreditation, and quality management. The role will oversee the company''s accreditations (PAS, MCS), ensure C2 and C3 inspections are completed and reported in line with funder requirements, and develop and manage the company''s Quality Management System (QMS). We intend to secure ISO9001 accreditation in 2026, this role will lead on that project.ProfileA successful Quality and Compliance Lead should have: Manage and maintain compliance with industry accreditations (PAS, MCS, and others).
