The successful candidate will support and develop ERP systems across the group, working on a range of impactful projects that improve business processes and drive operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Provide support and development for the business''s ERP systems Collaborate with users to solve business problems and drive improvements Gather and document business requirements, translating them into specifications, test plans, and procedures Design and maintain BI reporting using ERP functionality, Crystal Reports, Excel, Power BI, etc. Ensure ERP security and user profiles are kept up to date Perform Oracle and SQL database administration, including background jobs, releases, and restores Deliver helpful, customer-focused support to end-users Stay up to date with ERP developments to ensure the business gains maximum ROI Encourage simplification, standardisation, and innovation across ERP platforms Required Skills and Experience: Solid experience supporting ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems Strong working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems Proficient in SQL and Oracle database environments Experience with cloud platforms such as Office 365, Azure, or ..... full job details .....
