Berkeley Scott, the countryandrsquo;s leading hospitality agency is collaborating with one of their clients to find a Cafe Manager for a college in North London.

We are looking for dedicated and hard-working individuals who can manage a small team, implementing and maintain food and service standards while collaborating with staff at all levels.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing a team including supporting with HR matters, rotas and training
• Preparing food within regulations and being hyper aware of allergens
• Liaising with school staff
• Monitoring and being responsible for budgets
• Managing and ordering stock
• Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed in timely and acceptable manner

This role is Monday to Friday, 7.30am-3pm, offering andpound;16.50 per hour.

To work for us in one of our Schools you will need:

• Enhanced DBS Certificate (Child workforce)
• RTW in UK
• 2x Employment References
• 2 yearsandrsquo; minimum work experience in similar environment
• Food and Safety Certificates (including Level 3 Food Safety Certificate)
• Excellent time keeping skills
