It''s a fully remote role focused on designing, configuring, and delivering scalable enterprise solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and Employee Centre modules. Candidates must hold active, verifiable UK SC Clearance to be considered for this position. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Delivery: Execute ServiceNow implementations from requirements gathering and user story definition through to deployment and continuous optimization. Module Configuration: Configure core capabilities including workflows, forms, catalog items, knowledge management, self-service portals, and automation.
