Maintenance Painter We are supporting our customer in seeking a Maintenance Painter to work within a Hospital environment in Swanscombe This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of a team committed to delivering Hard Services Facilities Maintenance within an NHS Estate environment. Role Summary: As a Maintenance Painter, you will be responsible for carrying out painting works within wards, communal areas, offices, break out areas and wash rooms. This role requires a positive person, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Responsibilities: Repair and maintain walls, including striping back, patch work and painting. Supporting the wider engineering team with HVAC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing tasks as required Assisting the Fabric team with replacing / repairing doors, easing locks, replacing / repairing skirting boards Ensure risk assessments are available and ensure safe working practices with consideration for the environment and others'' safety.
