JOB TITLE BMS- Heating and Cooling Engineer Responsible to: Chief Engineer2. Responsible for: BMS maintenance across the estate3. MAIN PURPOSE: As the site BMS Heating and Cooling Engineer you would be part of the Facilities team carrying out planned and reactive maintenance to key plant and services maintaining standards and compliance across the Stoke Park sites. You will also be required to support on an adhoc basis with general maintenance across the S.P sites. The right individual will be committed to working to a high standard with a desire to continue to maintain professional accreditations and carry out further training as required. A team player is a must.4. Specific Responsibilities Required to complete operational checks to HVCA plant. Efficiently maintain and repair service plant and equipment. To carry out diagnostic and fault-finding. Maintain, plan, preventive maintenance paperwork. The ability to carry out installation tasks as when required. To attend breakdowns and appliances identifying faults where possible. Routinely inspecting systems such as cooling and heating systems , panel wiring, Identifying faults or hazards and troubleshooting system failures.
