Our commitment to doing business the right way is rooted in our TRUE values - Trust, Respect, Unity, and Empowerment .About The Role: Shift Pattern: 4 days on 4 days off, then 4 nights on 4 nights off Responsibilities • Completion of PPM to all Mechanical elements of the building. • Completion of reactive tasks as required / directed • Completion of ad-hoc building services works • Completion of quoted works both inside and outside of normal working hours • Occasional report writing • Observe and comply with company Health Safety and Environmental procedures. • Be an ambassador for OCS, maintain their core values • Be an ambassador for Somerset House and interaction with public. • Carry out any further reasonable requests made by management Skills and Experience • City and Guilds or NVQ level 3 in Mechanical, Plumbing, HAVAC installation and maintenance • General building skills • Prepared to work unsociable hours • Client facing - able to communicate at all levels • Trained in ACOP L8 Desirable • Multi skilled across all FM trades including building fabric and minor ..... full job details .....
