The Role As a Highways Maintenance Supervisor, you will support the Maintenance Manager in overseeing the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance works across the network. You will ensure all activities are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in line with relevant standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily highways maintenance operations, including inspections, reactive repairs, and planned works. Monitor schedules and work programmes to ensure timely delivery. Maintain accurate daily records, including photos, labour, and equipment. Assist in resolving site issues and communicate updates to Engineers, Designers, and Quantity Surveyors. Carry out daily inspections of Traffic Management setups and address issues promptly.
