ResponsibilitiesWith good experience and knowledge in our industry, collect and analyse the UK market information, grasp the development trend of the company\''s services in the local market, mobilize personal network resources and industry experience to establish a customer sales system for the company in the UK market.
Visit the UK target customer groups, establish good and stable communication with customers, actively explore customers pain points, provide customers with professional landing solutions, guide customers to reach in-depth cooperation, and promote customer value-added services and contract renewal.
Create product training materials for UK customers, arrange product usage training courses for customers, help them quickly get started with the company\''s products, and ensure that customers have a smooth experience. According to system data, analyze the customer\''s use of the product, health, etc., and regularly conduct training and return visits with the UK customers to increase customer stickiness.
Timely solve the UK customers problems, regularly collect customers feedback and suggestions, assist the internal team in continuously improving and upgrading the company\''s products and services, andachieve increased customers satisfaction and trust. Digging the existing network resources, tap the potential channel resources in the UK market, and promote the improvement of the company\''s sales performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
1-2 years of solid working experience in digital marketing
Knowledge of Programmatic advertising, SEM, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics preferred
Experience in customer service/support or technical support environment preferred
Experience in technical writing preferred
Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript preferred
Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and multinational environment and with a distributed team
A good team player and fast learner with a good “people person” personality and sense of humor
