Now, weandrsquo;re looking for aandnbsp;Fault Technicianandnbsp;to be the face of our frontline response team - restoring power, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer service when it matters most.

This isnandrsquo;t your average field role. As aandnbsp;Fault Technician, youandrsquo;ll be first on site when the unexpected happens - whether itandrsquo;s a power outage, a network fault, or a safety-critical issue. Youandrsquo;ll be hands-on with bothandnbsp;LV and HV networks, restoring supplies, fixing faults, and making fast decisions that directly impact our customers.

And itandrsquo;s not just about fixing problems - itandrsquo;s about thinking ahead. Youandrsquo;ll work with the latest technology, support innovative trials, and help us develop smarter fault location techniques that reduce outages and improve network resilience across the North West.
