This is a great opportunity for an Engineering Team Lead or Engineering Supervisor Engineer to move in to a growing and successful company in the food manufacturing industry.The role will involve managing the day to day work for an engineering team as well as medium and longer-term goals and performance.Combining this with hands-on engineering work, you''ll be sure to keep busy in a varied role.Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day maintenance schedules and plans for a team of engineers.Also working across hands-on maintenance in both a proactive and reactive capacity.Working on Engineering projects (e.g. commissioning, installations, relocations).Identifying and implementing improvements covering both processes and machine output.Adhering to site Health and safety rules and legislation on site.Qualifications

Time-served / recognised apprenticeship (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering subjectExperience working as a senior engineer or in a more senior engineering position such as Engineering Supervisor / Engineering Team Leader.Ideally, prior experience working in a Multi skilled role across mechanical and electrical engineeringAbility to and experience of working to a fast pace, ideally confident in a manufacturing environment.If you’re interested in this opportunity and your CV is ready then hit the apply button and expect to hear from me soon.
