This role is pivotal in supporting and enhancing the new iTrent HR and Payroll System, ensuring that customers can maximise the applications'' capabilities for optimal performance and productivity.Key Responsibilities:System Leadership: Serve as an HR Systems expert, providing technical guidance and leadership on HR applications to customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from the iTrent system.Troubleshooting and Support: Lead the resolution of system issues and customer inquiries by following established procedures for system and incident management.
