We are looking for a passionate midwife to lead our Community Midwifery team and support us in the development of our Enhanced Care for at-risk service users (modified Continuity of Care model). The successful candidate will be an NMC registered and practicing midwife who will hold the necessary skills to act as a lead midwife, operational manager and line manager to the Community Midwifery team. They will be accountable for ensuring the highest standard of clinical care is provided in the community, and be an advocate for personalised care and choice. The post holder must adhere to the NMC Code and any other relevant documents as published by the Nursing and Midwifery Council, and must work within the policies and guidelines as laid down by the Trust.
