Are you an experienced and ambitious Private Client lawyer ready for your next challenge? We''re looking for a Partner or Legal Director to join a well-established regional practice in their Bath office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and make a real impact.

The Role:Advising clients on complex, high-value estate administration.Drafting and advising on Wills and LPAs.Providing strategic, tax-efficient wealth structuring advice for individuals, families, and business owners.Advising on trusts, partnerships, and company structures.Leading and managing a team of fee earners, providing mentorship and guidance.Building and maintaining long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.Advising on inheritance tax and capital gains, using trusts and partnerships.Supporting team growth and development, mentoring junior solicitors.Driving business development and shaping the department''s strategic direction.

Requirements:Extensive experience in Private Client law.STEP qualification or equivalent expertise.Strong technical knowledge in trusts, estate administration, and tax planning.Proven leadership experience, able to lead and manage a team effectively.Client-focused approach with the ability to handle complex, sensitive matters.A track record of business development and nurturing client relationships.Enthusiasm and ambition to contribute to the future success of the team.
