House builder urgently requires an Estimator to join their busy team.

The role will be to work for both the Land department and Commercial department within this well respected company.

The role will be split between commercial and land departments. When working for Land, the successful candidate will support the bid team by accurately pricing up the groundworks packages for large housing sites. All infrastructure.

This is where a site can become profitable or not, it is imperative that the person who gets this job will be very experienced at estimating the cost of ground works.

when reporting into the Commercial Director the role will be to look at various packages of the build program to ensure costs can be met and priced correctly.

A very interesting role that will suit someone with a broad skillset in estimating that has excellent knowledge of groundworks costs and other packages in addition.
