ABOUT THE ROLEWe have been asked to find specialist concrete frame Project Manager capable of delivering packages ranging in value from £1 million up to £10 million each as larger projects are on the horizon. Individuals will need to have a strong understanding of groundworks and concrete frame construction. Usual duties will apply from overall management of the site team, technical management of the programme and works, through to management of the client and surrounding aspects.REQUIREMENTSProven track record of delivering RC frame and Groundwork projects completed on time and within budgetExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholdersPassion for the construction industry and commitment to innovation and sustainabilityDegree educated in either Construction Management or EngineeringREWARDS AND BENEFITSSalary range of £80,000 – £85,000 per annum.
