Role and ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with technical teams on D365 CE integration''s, data migrations, and Power Platform enhancements.Conduct process mapping and design "As-Is" and "To-Be" models to support D365 CE solution implementation.Analyse CRM data and dashboards to provide insights and recommend process improvements.Support testing phases (incl.
