Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a Founding Full-Stack AI Engineer to join our early team. This is an equity-first role with a monthly stipend to support your time, transitioning into a full-time salaried position after our first funding round.

As a founding engineer, you’ll take ownership of our tech alongside another founding engineer already on the team, shaping our product, leading architecture decisions, and building the core platform that will transform how people plan and book their travel.

What You’ll Be Doing

Designing and building our AI-powered travel platform end-to-end

Developing scalable APIs, semantic search, and user-facing features

Integrating AI capabilities (LLMs, NLP, AI agents, embeddings, vector databases, APIs) into real product features

Helping define the technical roadmap and making key architecture decisions

Contributing as a builder, not just an engineer, shaping product, culture, and company direction

What We’re Looking For

Strong background in software engineering (full-stack with AI/ML exposure)

Hands-on experience with LLMs, semantic search, NLP, AI agents, embeddings, and vector databases

Comfort with cloud platforms and building scalable systems

Entrepreneurial mindset, thrives in ambiguity, fast-moving environments, and wearing multiple hats

Bonus: start-up or side-project experience that shows initiative

Passion for AI, travel, and building from zero to one

We’re also open to recent grads or early-career candidates who can demonstrate strong potential, drive, and a solid portfolio of projects.
