About The RoleWe are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Out-of-Hours (OOH) Home Visiting GP to join our dynamic healthcare team based in Stockley Park, Uxbridge. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to deliver high-quality primary care services to patients in their own homes, providing essential support during evenings, weekends, and public holidays when regular GP services are unavailable. Working as an OOH Home Visiting GP means being a vital lifeline for patients who require urgent medical attention but are unable to attend clinics or hospitals. You will manage a wide variety of cases, from acute illnesses to chronic condition exacerbations, helping to reduce pressure on emergency departments and improve patient outcomes. What you''ll be doing- Conducting home visits to patients requiring urgent medical assessment and treatment outside normal GP hours.

- Diagnosing and managing a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions in the patient’s home environment.

- Communicating effectively with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

- Providing appropriate advice, treatment, and referrals as necessary to support patient wellbeing and safety.

- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records in line with service protocols and legal requirements.

- Responding flexibly to urgent calls, managing caseload efficiently to ensure timely visits across the designated area.

What we’ll look for in you- Full GMC registration with a license to practice and a current, valid DBS check.

- Experience as a GP, with confidence in managing urgent care presentations across a broad clinical spectrum.

- Ability to work autonomously and make sound clinical decisions in a home visiting context.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as part of the OOH rota.
