Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a HVAC Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

As the HVAC Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The HVAC Engineer, will be responsible for:

• Respond to and resolve reactive breakdowns and service calls.
• Perform routine maintenance on various air conditioning systems.
• Conduct F-Gas leak testing, pressure testing, and refrigerant recovery.
• Complete brazed pipework repairs and replace components such as fan motors, PCBs, sensors, and compressors.
• Work on a range of systems including splits, multi-splits, VRF, and VRV systems from brands such as Daikin, Panasonic, Mitsubishi Electric, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Fujitsu, and others.
• Install and commission new air conditioning equipment.
• Accurately complete job reports and update digital systems.

To be successful for this HVAC Engineer role you must have:

• F-Gas Qualification (Category 1).
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or HVAC Engineering.
• Proven experience in reactive maintenance and servicing of commercial air conditioning systems.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
• Competent in completing job sheets and using computer-based systems.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel as required, including occasional nationwide work and overnight stays.
• Must supply own hand tools; specialist tools and equipment will be provided.
