Mobile Customer Support Engineer Location: Ideally based between Glasgow and Edinburgh, with easy access to the M8 motorway Working Hours: Vary by site (see below) Employment Type: Full-time, mobile role across multiple customer sites Salary: 32,000- 34,000 per annum + 17.5% shift allowance + company vehicle + benefitsWe''re seeking a skilled and customer-focused Mobile Customer Support Engineer to join our team supporting high-speed automation equipment across cash centre sites in Scotland.About the RoleThis mobile role involves servicing and maintaining automated cash handling systems at three key customer locations in Glasgow and Edinburgh. You''ll play a vital part in ensuring operational up time, delivering excellent customer service, and meeting service level agreements.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and repair high-speed automation equipmentDiagnose and resolve electromechanical faultsDeliver responsive and professional customer supportTravel between sites as required (company vehicle provided)Ensure compliance with safety and security protocolsComplete service documentation and contribute to weekly reportsSite Locations and HoursRotating weekly shifts:Post Office, Glasgow: 06:00-14:00 - Week 1G4S, Glasgow: 07:00-15:00 or 08:00-16:00 - Week 2NatWest, Edinburgh: - Only required to attend on the odd occassionDays: Mon-Fri, 07:30-15:30Nights: Mon-Thurs, 21:30-07:30 (4 x 10hr shifts)What We''re Looking For:Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent experienceElectrical ..... full job details .....
