About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Head IT to lead and support IT operations across multiple locations within our organisation. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for maintaining reliable IT infrastructure, driving digital improvements, and ensuring consistent service delivery across all sites.You will play a key role in aligning technology with business goals, managing IT support teams, and overseeing infrastructure, security, and system performance.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee IT operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistent standards and service levelsManage and support on-site and remote IT support teamsMaintain and improve IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud systems, hardware)Lead cybersecurity initiatives and ensure data protection complianceManage third-party suppliers and service providersPlan and deliver IT projects (system upgrades, migrations, rollouts)Develop and manage IT budgets across sitesImplement disaster recovery and business continuity plansProvide hands-on support where requiredRequirementsProven experience in an IT Manager or Senior IT Support roleExperience managing IT across multiple locationsStrong knowledge of:Microsoft 365 / Azure / Active DirectoryNetwork infrastructure (firewalls, switches, VPNs)Cybersecurity best practicesBackup and disaster recovery solutionsExperience managing IT budgets and vendorsExcellent leadership and communication skillsFull UK driving licence (if site travel ..... full job details .....
