Have you got strong background in Aerospace or Automotive? If so, this role could be perfect for you. About the role: Develop and sustain the Business Management Systems in line with the required industry standards (including: IATF16949/ISO9001 /ISO14001, TISAX/ISO27001 and AS9100 etc), accreditation requirements and business requirements across the organisation through existing and new procedures. Regulate, control, and improve the quality of all processes throughout the business. Manage the internal audit program to ensure that all nonconformities raised by certification bodies during audits are effectively corrected and independently verified, ensuring any required changes in policy or procedure are effectively implemented as a result. Ensure all Customer business level requirements are met, as well as monitoring and managing all Customer complaints and warranty, dealing with them effectively and in time . Embed a culture of continuous improvement throughout the company. Lead the Business to achieve quality management system targets for customers and business goals (KPI s).
